I was convicted of assault by judge Vershenia Ballance Moody. I was assaulted by a coworker and defended myself and took out a warrant on the coworker. The coworker had been trying to cause me problems all year. Shes a trouble maker and hates anyone that has a drama free life. I hired a lawyer. My coworker did not have an attorney. Judge Vershenia Ballance Moody let my coworker say whatever however she wanted on the stand. My coworker lied and they were obvious lies. I got on the stand and told my side which was all true. I was a bit nervous. My coworker showed Judge Moody a picture of her with a black eye she said I caused. It was fabricated. Judge Vershenia Ballance Moody said I was guilty after about 5 minutes because my coworkers story was more detailed than mine. Yes it was a very detailed lie. So now I have an assault conviction on my record. Judge Moody told me I was a waste. WHO DOES SHE THINK SHE IS? Judge Moody was bias from the beginning and had already made her decision about me before I ever said a word. She's happy to see someone down and will do whatever she can to keep them there. If you ever made a mistake in the past she will use that against you. People do change but not in her eyes. I was not treated fairly. Only the few bad things I had done over eight years ago were told about me in court. None of the many many good things were ever mentioned. Judge Moody also lied to me about my probation. I'm not going to let Judge V. Moody and all those other people that plotted against me keep me down. I just know one day Judge Moody will be judged by the Judge Of All Judges. And maybe she will hear those familiar words "What a waste".
